Gee, he might be innocent...But how on Earth did he know he could collect on an accidental death policy just TWO days after she went missing? I'm stumped.
and how does he know she's dead, since she has to be to cash in the policy, when right now she is just missing. no body has been found. sounds very suspicious.
HATR_HURTER, I think he killed her. I don't usually play arm chair detective but like you said how does he know she's dead he can't cash it in unless she's dead. He did it now lets just hope they can find her body and evidence to prove he did it.
I don't like the fact that they said there are disturbing pictures of her and then don't give any idea to what that means? Does she appear to not be alive is she tied up? I mean seriously... what does that mean!!!!!
We need something for sarcasm. I get quite confused at times to what people actually mean LOL
Well, we all know that insurance companies do not like to pay out money, so this case will be solved. I am sure Amex will have people looking into his claim and they will deny it, if they find any thing suspicious.
CatChick: When you purchase a policy some folks ACTUALLY do read it to ensure they have the correct coverage.
Hatr-Hurtr: He "knows" she is dead because per his accounts of things that occurred she never surfaced fter the scuba trip was completed. He mentioned that she was swept out to sea.
I had no idea you could put an insurance policy on a total stranger just because they are traveling with you. That makes a crime like this just waiting to happen. If it was a crime, which so far appears to be.
Then travel insurance policies need to change. This gave this creep the incentive to "probably" off Ms. Gardner.
Insurance should only be able to be taken out on a spouse, child or business employee and the person taking out the policy should have to have official documents PROVING such a relationship exists!
The insurance policy, coupled with the fact that her body has not turned up is making me a little suspicious. Also, the calm behavior of the boyfriend is a little troubling. Is it possible that she is alive and well and hiding out somewhere?!?! Is this really some kind of insurance scam?!?! She plays dead, they split the $1.5 million 3 ways!!! I am not saying that this is the case, but it is another possibility to the prevailing sentiment that he killed her for the insurance money.
LOL Tony I don't think i will ever ever go snorkeling.. ever. It scares the beejesus out of me. I can look at pretty fish in the tank. So if there is ever a news report on me that I died snorkeling somebody call B.S. immediately!
I decided one day to go snorkeling off of an island at a remote spot. Walked up to the beach and put on goggles, tube, then flippers. I waddle into the water about knee deep and in I go intending to swim out. As I put my head in I realise how dark the water is and since I couldn't see I panic a little and try to get up. As I put both hands down on the bottom to help myself up my hands landed on sea urchins. I felt the pain and lifted my hands but since I was wearing flippers I couldn't stand up, so had to put my hands down again. This panicked flopping went on for about 5 minutes until I rolled over and managed to push myself toward shore. Even though my hands were killing me because they had spikes in them, I was more concerned that someone saw this embarrassing image of me trying to snorkel. Luckily, no one saw, that I noticed. I never went again.
LOL is that a true story? If so I am so sorry for laughing but I totally can not help to keep on laughing. You see why I will never ever go snorkeling. It is just a bad idea all around!
Yes it's a true story. It took months for the little spikes embedded in my hands to come out. Believe me, I laughed hysterically at it myself. I am so glad no one saw.
Tony, Mindie & Dano: Thank you so much for the laughs! I actually laughed out loud while reading your posts! No offense to the victim or her family in this story...that part wasn't funny, your comments though are!
USA...So if he didn't see her surface...Didn't see her get out...How can he know she's dead?? You can't collect on an Insurance policy until there is a death certificate.....So for him to want to collect already is too suspicious...And she had a freakin boyfriend and went on a trip with someone she hardly knew?? WTH....
LOL lynsey and Rob!! That is a great idea.. what about on stars who frequently travel to war ridden places like Angelina and Brad? They might "accidentally" die and we could all be rich!!! The bigger the policy the bigger the payout right? So lets band together and each chip in lol.
I'm in Mindy...We'll take out an "I'm so self-important that I travel freely through places like Somalia to "help" people and just might die" policy. =o)

This whole thing is becoming more ridiculous every day. I think I'm going to amend my automatic assumption regarding his murderous participation in Robyn's disappearance. She just might turn up someplace...alive and waiting. The boyfriend might need a closer look, as well. He has seemed just a bit too calm throughout all of this.
My concern is probably unwarranted, but it might be worth some consideration.
This guy is showing all the signs to make a great Congressman. Liar, Creepy, Mental, Greedy, and just plan Crazy..Disturbing Photo's: Was it Rep Weiners package??
I wouldn't think you could take out a policy without a signature of the person being insured EVEN if it were your spouse! Your minor children yes, but not an adult whether you're married to them or not!
I agree completely. WTF is up wif dat boyfriend?? Some other dude doin the nasty wif the girlfriend and he goes "whatever" Dano not gettin that at all..
You know, if you're going to go somewhere to do away with your blond American girlfriend, Aruba is probably not the right spot. They're a little sensitive to it now after Natalie. Sad state of affairs for the missing.
I guess since only what 20% is inhabited, it would be a great place to get rid of someone. With all those mine shafts they showed on one video and all that are without much access, it would hamper their efforts to locate a "missing" person! And, that doesn't include the ocean to search!
How was he even able to take out such a policy on this woman? DId he forge her signature? Because it's my understanding that no one can take out a life insurance policy on another person unless they can demonstrate that they have an insurable interest in that person, i.e. that they are dependent on them economically or for other support.
What a sociopath this guy is. A real monster. I hope he never gets the chance to do this to someone else...
whoa jumpin to conclusions buddy? let's hope you never have to serve jury duty since you don't really beleive in the whole "innocent until proven guilty" rule we have here in the States, huh?
Insurance can be taken out on a 3rd party individual without the consent of that individual.
It happens all the time.
Corporations due this quite a lot on their most "valuable" employees. Walmart did this extensively in the 90s, and when it became public they ended up curbing the process because of the PR backlash.
5th - see, the thing is, I'm NOT on a jury. I'm just an observer - and the fact is that in almost every case I have ever seen in my entire life, if it quacks like a duck, it's a duck. People are rarely framed (I'm not saying it never happens, but it's not very common), the girl is missing, the guy apparently told inconsistent stories to the police, he ALREADY tried to collect on a life insurance policy he took out on her, he hasn't been getting glowing testimonials from those he's known in the past - and it all adds up to a lot of no good.
I would bet a hell of a lot of money that this guy killed her.
grilled - I agree...there are definitely quacking shenanigans afoot. Exactly what those shenanigans are, I have no idea. I just hope the Aruban authorities are eager to redeem themselves and can reach a speedy and accurate conclusion.
There's also the fact that when the aruban authorities arrested him, it was at the airport as he was trying to leave the country. That's a pretty fast exit for someone who's travel companion was missing and hadn't yet been located - dead or alive. Makes him look guilty as hell.
Ok now what's the point of framing someone? How can you know for certain that this is true?
I know what you're saying, and I don't think you're crazy for thinking it, as I wouldn't put money down against your bet that he did it, but your logic is a slippery slope. The precedent of "innocent until proven guilty" has got to stand in order for the closest thing to justice that humans can come up with prevails. It would be easy to just assume this guy is guilty but then what about the next case and the case after that? You have to draw the line somewhere because if you give an inch, people take a mile. Do you see where I'm coming from? I'm not trying to argue with you or anything, but I'm sorry, I have a legal background so I think of it from that perspective and know that there is no way in hell we can just assume something of a suspect, because it's too subjective as to where we draw the line. Our inalienable civil liberties as American citizens must remain intact.
Sounds suspicious when there is not even a body in two days and he inquires about cashing in the policy. And yes, you can take an insurance policy out on anyone even without their knowledge. It is common to take insurance policy out for overseas travel due to very high costs of repatriation and it also covers medical care for injuries or hospitalizations. These policies can be purchased online through several travel insurance companies. I bought one when my college age daughter traveled overseas on vacation and then again while studying abroad. Luckily I just wasted my money on the policy, but if I had needed it, I would have avoided using my own savings and depending on medical bills bankrupcty. Anyone going out of the country needs to consider a policy as part of the vacation and/or travel costs. In this case, he looks suspicious especially since there is not even a body and he is already inquiring by calling the insurance company.
Travel insurance is fine - but no one should be able to take out any such a policy on another person without their explicit knowledge and consent - especially on a non-family member. It's ridiculous if it's true that this can be done.
dark - it's definitely not clear what the situation with the policy/policies was. She may even have known about them. But if she did know, maybe it's just me, because I'm not that trusting, but I would absolutely have had little warning bells going off if some guy (who wasn't even my boyfriend) felt it necessary to take a life insurance policy out on me for $1.5 million dollars and made himself the beneficiary.
And if she didn't know - well it's fu*ked up that virtual strangers can just take huge life insurance policies out on other people without that person's knowledge. Now there's something the goverment SHOULD be butting it's big fat nose into.
I'm not saying the guy is necessarily innocent or that this all isn't very suspicious... but there are some important details that are missing here. Did he take out a policy on himself, as well, or just her? Is $1.5 million the default on the policy, or did he request an inordinate amount? Both of those seem like relevant details. If he took it out on both of them, then he might just be the cautious type. If $1.5 mil is a standard amount, then it is less suspicious. People buy this kind of insurance all the time (I know I have) -- and it wouldn't exist if someone somewhere didn't need it and they are the unlucky few to whom the policy actually applies. If, however, he only took out insurance on her and requested an unusually high amount, then it is very suspicious. As for asking about the policy... the article said he asked if the policy could help cover costs of the search -- if that was the main motivation, he would have been calling on the policy to try to use it to find her, which is not nocessarily suspicious. All I'm saying is, there is not enough info available here to have this guy drawn and quartered yet.
Of course that is a possibility, Debbie, though I do not appreciate your totally unnecessary insinuation that I am stupid. I assure you that I am not and that I had certainly thought of that angle, but it is a separate issue. When I posted, nearly everyone who had previously posted was ready to assemble the lynch mob (we can all see which side you are on), so there was no need for me to take that side in the argument as it had already been made. I am merely trying to point out that this is why investigations and trials are necessary before condemning others to the pits of hell or whatever -- because the truth could go either way or be somewhere in between. More information is needed before any reasonable assumptions of guilt OR innocence can be assessed.
It was travel insurance so it was in effect for the length of "travel". Why would that be strange to anyone?
Anyone remember the movie Airport? I'm not sure which Airport movie it was but one guy bought flight insurance and then was going to detonate a bomb to kill himself so his wife would receive the money. This is the same kind of policy. It isn't odd for them to take out the policy but it IS odd that he would try to collect BEFORE she is declared dead!
Tony, I don't know what was in those fresh coconut drinks I had on the beach in Veracruz. I just sat there, my rear end in the sand and my legs and arms wrapped around a huge coconut full of something really tasty and alcoholic. Maybe rum. Pretty little umbrella, long straw. Pretty ocean. Oh, look, naked people. Can I have another? Tried to get up and couldn't get my legs to work.
You will make so much money on this one if you have the right recipe, I think.
To saddened: We don't know the ins-and-outs of the insurance policy, but this guy has a history with women. Maybe no proof yet, but this guy is slimy and is most likely guilty. On another note, why did this poor girl go with this dude in the first place?????
Well here in MD they have been covering this and it has been stated that she just lost her job about two weeks before going on this vacation. It also has been mentioned that she originally told her boyfriend that she had a family emergency in FL but he continued to question her about it and she then changed her story to state that she was going to Aruba with a "GAY" friend. If this is all true than she went with this guy as a means for her new meal ticket. Perhaps to get more plastic surgery.
I read your post about her losing her job before going on a vacation, my first thought was she's in on the whole thing. I'm starting to wonder if this is one big insurance scam using Aruba as the perfect location to 'lose' a blond woman. I'm not putting anything past anyone these days.
khjstrong, if you read my post, you'll see I never actually claimed the guy was innocent. How could I? Without the so-called ins-and-outs of the insurance policy and other pesky little things like evidence, there's no way to make such a determination. Whatever this guy's "history with women," it has no actual relevance to this case -- unless he has been found guilty of murder for profit before. There are plenty of multi-divorced men who do not go out and kill women for insurance money. If you have additional info on the case, that's fine. But all I currently have to go on is this article and that is what I am commenting on. The guy may very well be guilty -- and if that is the case, I sincerely hope they collect the evidence to nail him to the wall. But you cannot convict someone of a crime because you personally feel they are "slimy."
Hey its a possibility! What if the boyfriend and her were in it the whole time to frame this guy?! And maybe they took the "disturbing" pictures on this guys camera and told him to take out this insurance policy. Wow that would be crazy. But stranger things have happened.
A fake-a-death scam for insurnace. HMMM, yes this could be. And they pick Aruba knowing they don't investigate all too well. She could be hiding out somewhere waiting for him to cash in.
I kind of hope thats what it is. I mean its terrible thing to do but I'd rather that then she her dead. Oi Vay that just brings up a whole new set of trouble though.
Also suspicious is the boyfriend who first says its ok for her to go to Aruba with some strange guy, but then right after her disappearance says he is now starting to believe there was more going on. What changed that made him change his mind? Sounds like a changing story.
If I told my boyfriend I was going to Aruba with some other guy he'd say "Take all your crap with you." LOL there is no way any guy is just going to let their woman go with another guy on a romantic get away gtfoh!
If they were trying to frame the guy how do they plan to get the money? HIS name is on the insurance policy, not the BF's or hers (obviously).
Ah, and its not entirely unrealistic a guy would 'let' a girl do anything. It really depends on how long they'd known each other. If my love tried to keep me from hanging out with my best friend (who is a guy) I wouldn't even bother being with him.
Apparantly not according to the insurance company but I do find it strange that someone who didn't know her could take out an insurance policy on her they weren't married weren't engaged and had only recently met and there isn't any mention that she also had an accidental death insurance policy on him which would make more sense if they both had policies out on each other. I hope they fry this guy it sounds like a set up from the beginning. It makes me sick knowing this freak has children.
In my opinion all fingers point to this guy. But this part of the story really disturbs me
The source did not have authorization to publicly release the information and agreed to speak with the AP only on condition of anonymity.
If you do not have authorization to publicly release information, then just don't do it. An internal investigation should be launched to find out who released this information and they should be fired. Almost every story I read these days has someone who is speaking on condition on anonymity b/c they are not authorized to speak about it. This should be a crime.
This is the part of the story that really disturbs you? Really? It had nothing to do with the possible murder of a 34-year-old woman, or the fact that strange facts are coming out about this case every day?
I know it is Vivian. I actually enjoy reading your posts. I don't think you're a bad troll, but you are a troll nonetheless. We all have a little troll deep down.
American Express travel insurance can be easily purchased online. You just plug in the details about your trip and the names of the travelers. You just check off the various options such as trip interruption/delay, baggage loss, international medical coverage, and accidental death. The accidental death coverage has four options 250k, 500k, 1M, and 1.5M - just check the box. Once you've made your selections you complete the online purchase with a credit card and they send you the documents via e-mail. No signatures required. The coverage is relatively cheap, particularly the accidental death coverage.
So, for those of you who speculate about signatures and forgeries and who has a "right" to purchase an accidental death policy (not a life insurance policy) for someone else make sure you have facts not myths.
well, feelin' good - first of all, what I read were QUESTIONS people had about the ability to buy insurance on another person without their knowledge. So sorry we're not all as uber-informed as you apparently are.
Secondly, an accidental death policy is STILL a form of life insurance. It pays upon the death of the person it was written to cover.
Third - this guy allegedly wasn't even her boyfriend, she was not an employee of his and he's ALLEGEDLY a relatively wealthy guy - and yet he chose to take what was probably the maximum accidental death coverage he could take on this woman? Why would he do that?
How does anyone know she is dead? He takes out a life insurance policy on her. She went on vacation and lied about it to her boyfriend then dissapears two days later... maybe she wanted to dissapear.
It could be that they took out the life insurance policy with the intention of splitting the money afterwards... after she is missing for so long, he claims it and sends half to her wherever she has decided to pop up in the world. It wouldn't be the first time someone faked their death. He might not be guilty of murder... he may just be guilty of insurance fraud.
It will be hard to collect accidental insurance money without showing that there was an ACCIDENTAL DEATH. If they just speculate that she is dead they can't prove accident.....so your theory doesn't hold water.
Isn't there like a 5-7 year waiting period to declare someone dead after they go missing? Seems they wouldn't get anything unless there is a body or they wait the necessary time.
SuzeeQ, I think you are right. I am pretty sure I heard that before too. That a person has to be "missing" like 7 years before they can officially be declared dead. Maybe its different in Aruba though?
Funny...he didn't take out a policy on himself, did he??? And $1.5 million seems like a lot just for 'accidental death during travel' on someone he barely knew; especially when SHE didn't have any dependants and neither did he, as far as I know. Besides--IF he DID receive any payment would he have put any towards any dependents HE may have?? Of course not!! And..when did he try to cash in? The same day he reported her 'missing'??? And he didn't think the insurance company would have asked many questions before paying off??? He's a very stupid man!!! I wish some of the many women he has scammed or tried to put hits on and lure to Aruba would have charged him with something....maybe Robyn would be still alive, today.
No I don't think so. I am pretty sure if is legal for anyone to take an insurance on another person whether they know it or not. Talking about a loop hole and incentive on murdering these people....should be illegal.
It is illegal. STOLI (STranger Originated Life Insurance) laws prevent taking out policies on someone unless you have an insurable interest. Also, he should have known that the policy will not pay unless he obtained her death certificate. That he was so quick to make a claim on a missing person (but not proven dead) is very suspicious.
I'm very sorry for this woman's family, but let's look at the other side for a moment--why on earth would a woman go to another country with a man with whom she supposedly had no relationship with??? Said she was out of work and went with him when he offered a free trip, what does that say??? Women (and men), have some self-respect and quit playing the free sex card--nothing is free.
He passed himself off as some kind of modeling guru. She fell for his BS. Now they'll say because they can find no body, a jury will say there is no proof of anyone was murdered. A jury should overlook not having a body to fry this guy. Aruba has the perfect body disposal appliance - the ocean. A dead body doesn't last long before sharks get at it. He had motive, he had opportunity and he was the last one to be with her before she disappered. That should be more than enough. But they'll let him go and he'll cash in on that 1.5 million dollars!
And now it has surfaced that 'disturbing' pictures of this woman were found on this guys' camera, unconfirmed...I really think someone framed him.
Can we agree that @!%$ is the symbol for sarcasm, please?
I don't like the fact that they said there are disturbing pictures of her and then don't give any idea to what that means? Does she appear to not be alive is she tied up? I mean seriously... what does that mean!!!!!

I took out an insurance policy on you Tony... Be careful be very very careful muhahahahahaha
HATR_HURTER...I never noticed that before...thanks!
Mindie, once the insurance company looks at me they will question the million dollar value the policy is worth. LOL
Snorkling anyone?
The insruance company would also require a death certificate before they pay out and there is no way the family would get one that quick.
For all those asking how this is possible with the insurance...
Here is how it is structured.
You can take out a policy on ANYBODY without their knowledge IF you have a vested or insurable interest in that person...(or if you can prove one)
You borrow a dollar from someone...set up a mil policy :)
You go on a business trip and they are a potential asset or in business with you or employed....mil policy...
Employee works for you...set up a policy...and NO some people are claiming you have to be informed...not true...
Then travel insurance policies need to change. This gave this creep the incentive to "probably" off Ms. Gardner.

Did she sign the policy? I mean can you take policies for accidental death on individuals without them knowing?
you would think you could only do it for your wife, husband, or child without them signing.
Listening to the vidio there are 2 policies one on her and one on him also with the same terms

Makes him look guilty as hell.
grilledcheesesandwich:
I hope when he gets back state side he decides to run for president!
It's ridiculous if it's true that this can be done.
it is true. As stated above I have a policy for my mother and brother who neither resides with me but will be on the trip with me next month.
Insurance Companies will take anyones money:)
Grilled listening to the vidio I thought they said that there are 2 policies one on each of them
dark - it's definitely not clear what the situation with the policy/policies was.
Or he may be smarter than you are and took one out on himself thinking that would be a good cover?
Fry him. Extra barbecue sauce.
The Accidental Death I surance policy from a travel company was only good for the length of the trip? Is that so strange?
He was being cost effective. Why have a policy longer than necessary?
It was travel insurance so it was in effect for the length of "travel". Why would that be strange to anyone?
Anyone remember the movie Airport? I'm not sure which Airport movie it was but one guy bought flight insurance and then was going to detonate a bomb to kill himself so his wife would receive the money. This is the same kind of policy. It isn't odd for them to take out the policy but it IS odd that he would try to collect BEFORE she is declared dead!
and we expect this to be taken seriously when the AG is named after a South American drinking utensil?
I gotta say I looked, then looked again, then looked again to make sure this guy was really named Taco Stein...totally made my day!
What exactly is a Taco Stain?
Oh dear God you did not just say Taco Stain... A little of her hot sauce leaked out
Snail tracks?
I guess it's better than Chalupa Smears.
OMG Mindie: LMAO...
Dano, Mindie and Tony are all headed to the Improv for headlining comedy hour!
LOL SuzeeQ we feed off each others nastiness... it never gets better it only gets worse! :P
Its true Mindie. We have a good team to feed off of. Good stuff.
We need a team name Tony! LOL
I'm on vacation next week, and while there will think of a good name for the group.
K.. Have fun next week! But not too much fun that you don't come back! :)
Oh I will be so tempted. Maybe I can just open up a fruit truck at the beach.
Antonio's Fresh Fruit (my real name)
Its got a nice ring to it.. you can sell alcholic fruity beverages too!
Oh yes, Coconut drinks are a must. Definitely have to wear a straw hat too. Hmm, now I'm thinking..
You will make so much money on this one if you have the right recipe, I think.
its a scam, there both probably in on it, and she will be found at her boyfriends house in a ,couple months.
WOW, very possible! they look like scumbugs
You know jonsays you may have a very good point there...The real boyfriend did seem just a little to comfortable about them taking off to Aruba.
To saddened: We don't know the ins-and-outs of the insurance policy, but this guy has a history with women. Maybe no proof yet, but this guy is slimy and is most likely guilty. On another note, why did this poor girl go with this dude in the first place?????
Yeah it doesn't say much about her that she had a boyfriend and then cheated on him with another man.
Perhaps to get more plastic surgery.
usa is great,
I read your post about her losing her job before going on a vacation, my first thought was she's in on the whole thing. I'm starting to wonder if this is one big insurance scam using Aruba as the perfect location to 'lose' a blond woman. I'm not putting anything past anyone these days.
Me either:) Nothing in the news "surprises" me anymore, sad but very true.
khjstrong, if you read my post, you'll see I never actually claimed the guy was innocent. But you cannot convict someone of a crime because you personally feel they are "slimy."
its a scam, there both probably in on it, and she will be found at her boyfriends house in a ,couple months.
Hey its a possibility! What if the boyfriend and her were in it the whole time to frame this guy?! And maybe they took the "disturbing" pictures on this guys camera and told him to take out this insurance policy. Wow that would be crazy. But stranger things have happened.
WOW, never thought this! You could be right, they all look like scumbugs
Lol you all read my mind!
LOL, I swear I've seen this in a movie somewhere.
Hey Mindie, yeah stranger things have happened, look who is president...??
If they were trying to frame the guy how do they plan to get the money? HIS name is on the insurance policy, not the BF's or hers (obviously).
Ah, and its not entirely unrealistic a guy would 'let' a girl do anything. It really depends on how long they'd known each other. If my love tried to keep me from hanging out with my best friend (who is a guy) I wouldn't even bother being with him.
Now if you met your best guy friend online on a dating site would he have an issue then Gwen? Pretty sure he would!
Another possible twist: Both guys are in on it, and intended to split the insurance money, assuming Aruba would be the place to commit the crime...?
Apparantly not according to the insurance company but I do find it strange that someone who didn't know her could take out an insurance policy on her they weren't married weren't engaged and had only recently met and there isn't any mention that she also had an accidental death insurance policy on him which would make more sense if they both had policies out on each other. I hope they fry this guy it sounds like a set up from the beginning. It makes me sick knowing this freak has children.
Don't worry, his children are insured.
she has that look about her in the photos. Does she have any videos out?
In my opinion all fingers point to this guy. But this part of the story really disturbs me
If you do not have authorization to publicly release information, then just don't do it.
I still don't think he did anything wrong, there are a ton of explanations for all of this
Comments like this are made by idiots who troll.
Barbara.. Vivian, is a total troll be careful I got banned for a day responding to trolls. lol
I'm surprised you didn't already know Vivian is a troll.
Mindie knows
Vivian, you forgot the last part to that sentence: Mindie knows.... Everything.
:)
And really its more like 90% sarcasm
LMAO now that was really funny and quite accurate was hoping noone would notice lol awesome Vivian, that was really really good!
I know it is Vivian. I actually enjoy reading your posts. I don't think you're a bad troll, but you are a troll nonetheless. We all have a little troll deep down.
If this guy is convicted of murder and imprisoned Vivian will no doubt send him many "understanding" emails and marry him while he is in prison.
There oughtta be a law against that - prison marriage.
Yep, there otta be a law against marriage altogether. Lord knows I've tried it enough...
Well I see it's been confirmed-Vivian is a troll/idiot. Sucks to be you Vivian- What did you do to your parents- that they named you Vivian?
LOL dano!! I second that motion!
Dano remember what Albert Einstein said once:
"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result."
Yikes - that's a little scary. I'm sure that if more people knew about travel insurance, even more vacationers would go missing while on vacation.
well, feelin' good - first of all, what I read were QUESTIONS people had about the ability to buy insurance on another person without their knowledge.
Talk about a smoking gun - this guy's a creep and an idiot to boot.
He did purchase insurance for himself.
And he called the insurance company to find out if the policy could be leveraged for the search efforts.
Yes he did. An identical policy.
According to the poster above, there are 4 options: 250k, 500k, 1 mil, 1.5 mil.
Last week they released the information that the two had known each other for over a year.
According to the story, he has 3 sons.
Two days after they started the search.
Did you read the story?
His Lawyer said on the Today Show, that if chrages are brought, he will seek to have the trial moved to Pinellas County FL
Good. Florida still has "Old Sparky,".
I think Old Sparky is being stored in Miami right now. I'd be happy to travel to FL and transport it to Pinellas......
Oh, good! Another courtroom spectacle for the Florida prosecutors! I can hardly wait....
This scumbag had it all planned out-way before he even left Aruba with her. Too bad he's not going to get away with it.
She was played by a rug-head.
Yeah she was played thats why they took out policies on each other
