I really don't give a damn how long those poor drivers had to wait while the accident was cleaned up. What I do care about is the condition of the people that were involved, such as the motorcycle rider.

Statistically, cell phones show up time and again as a contributing cause in vehicular accidents so it is not a bad assumption to make. Human error in what ever form caused this accident to happen so it is not a fail to bring in the possibility of someone being on their cell phone now is it?

Smartass, I wasn't talking about this forum, in any article about accidents there is always someone that says "cell phone." Tyler, thank you for bringing this situation to a satisfiable close. It is unfortunate when responses are made to the most innocent posts aimed at being hurtful, belittling, or argumentative. However, if combating such behavior means a day's suspension then it is worth it to keep Newsvine a safer community where one may express themselves freely without the fear of being attacked or 'trolled' upon. I will definitely observe the Code from now on and report any transgressions without taking the law into my own hands. Thanks again.

Especially while driving a motorcycle....

I think ANY tunnel that's below a body of water is terrifying.

Center lane is not reserved for buses during rush hour.

It is shared with other vehicles. I make the commute every day.

Maybe someone decided that the other lane was going faster and switched lanes. There is a law against switching lanes in the tunnel because its dangerous, but every morning I see some driver do it, right in front of a bus. Very sad and very scary. Hopefully enough people will learn from the mistake of one and it wont happen again.
