I think there are probably some "legitimate" doctors out there who have conducted "real" medical examinations in bars, although I certainly doubt it is a very common practice. That doesn't mean I would ever consent to it. Personally, I prefer GOOD doctors, and that type would NEVER conduct examinations outside a medical setting. That's the main point here, at least to me.

You go to a BAR and let a "doctor" give you a breast exam and then are "surprised" to find out it wasn't a real doctor. Next, this "person" had a sex change from male to female then goes around groping women. Excuse me but aren't MEN supposed to try to feel up women? Really this should have been obvious to begin with, but you have to point it out to some people. If you can find some way to pull that chromosome out I am sure that the scientific community would be delighted to see it.

You're confusing sex and gender, which are not the same thing. Also, if you had any knowledge of intersex conditions, you would know that sex is not so clear-cut. "Doctors" give breast exams in barns in Idaho

Well, there are at least tortious aspects to it -- assuming that the "patient" exposes himself/herself to the alleged doctor or submits to an exam based on the impersonation.

I think the moment the "exam" began she stopped playing doctor and began a medical exam , I think this is why it is charged with practicing without a license.

So, what are they going to do with Obama, practicing to be a pres. when he isn't?

Noone forces you to get examinations in a bar, but it is still wrong.

I can't believe the number of people who think this is a reasonable answer. There are 10's of thousands of people who have no other choice but to fly - contract professionals, sales people, etc., etc., etc.

schlabotnik i think roberts point is that if ur going to complain about the things that u have to do in order to fly (being patted down, going thru security, etc) then don't bother to fly....but then i could be wrong, im just throwing a guess out there

Seriously. it's a free country. No one is being forced to fly. We gave up a lot of freedoms when 9/11 occurred & the inconveniences of getting on an airplane is just something we have to deal with. Why are we such crybabies? We are so spoiled & it is so ridiculous that people are making a stink over this. We will never be able to totally safeguard against hijackings, but why not take the most precautions we have available? I see these people at the airport tongue lashing the TSA agents b/c they were picked out of the lineup for a random check. I have had it happen to me a few times & a gladly oblige. What's the big deal? Why are people so upset by this? This same person that has the mentality that says this is such an invasion of privacy and they feel violated, is the same jerk 30 minutes later sitting on the plane while the cabin door is being shut having a cell phone conversation about how his meeting went, what's for dinner, who's picking him up & audible for the entire plane to hear while the stewardess is telling him to get off hte phone & put his seat in the upright position. Back on topic though. It reminds me of that "here's your sign." I think they should be put in prison right along side this hesheit. And these women probably vote too. Wow.

For every attractive person TSA has to feel up, there are maybe 50 unattractive people they have to feel. I don't think TSA is getting their jollies off even the attractive people, and it should be on camera if one was to do the pat down inappropriately. They won't even remember you and are probably WAY more unhappy about the requirement than you are. It's no big deal, they are just doing their ASSIGNED job.

They can do anything they want with my naked scan picture too (like at Phoenix Sky Harbor). You can't even see the face so your picture is unrecognizable. Doubt any TSA folks are getting jollies off of those either. A porn mag would be much more useful.

As for the story, it happened in a bar. They agreed to a breast exam... in a bar. There is no excuse for such stupidity (if the victims even cared much and are actually the ones pressing charges). A (smart) real doctor wouldn't even give an exam in a bar.
