Maybe I should not go to Starbucks until they actually make the names "medium" and "large" - they lost money on me several times because I thought the tall -was- the "big size". Don't even get me started on the ice cream place that calls their sizes "Gotta have it" and "I want it" or some crap like that!
Personally, I think they need to cut all the BS!... This is more about 'Income' rather than 'Outcome'.
I have never gone to 'Starbux' and never will. WAY Over priced and WAY over rated.
I remember when coffee was a "cup of joe". Everything since then has been marketing and a good deal of self indulgence. And don't get me started on bottled water.
Starbucks will still serve in three sizes: tall, grande, and venti. Apparently to them, it's cluttering up the drive-thru menue to have all three sizes available. Whatever. As long as you know what you want, which I have always before I even enter the drive-thru, it shouldn't matter how they arrange their menue. And for those who are new to starbucks, when ordering a drink in general, you always ask for either small, medium or large. They'll correct you on the lingo, so next time you can use proper wordage, but honestly it doesn't matter. The way your drink tastes is more important than a drive-thru menue.
All can see the correct answer easy here..its about 80% of the votes so far.
I never drank coffee in my life...perfer green tea over it anywhere.
Just out of curiousity... How can you prefer one over the other without having tried both in your life?
Also, starbucks has several green tea options: green tea latte, green tea frappucino, iced green tea, and whole leaf hot green tea.
we also have at least 10 other types of teas :)
Well then they will have to get grande and venti cups in stock! I went through today and had to get a tall as they were out of grande and venti cups! How can you be out of cups when all you sell is coffee and tea??
Funny you mentioned that. Had a totally different experience just today...
I ordered a tall. They said they were out of tall cups and gave me a grande for the price of a tall.
wow, that'd be like mcdonalds running out of hamburgers, how do theses managers not get fired for things like that?
Buy a 2lb. bag for 10 bucks. Grind and brew your own. Bag should last more than a month. Put 20 bucks in savings acct.
I think that's a grand idea, Carol! Do you think many will go for it though? That's a tough call for some folks. Between Facebook, MySpace, YourSpace, TheirSpace, HisSpace, HerSpace, VideoBlogging, Texting, catching up with Dancing With The Stars, following who'll be the new judges on American Idol... There's just so many minutes in a day. When will anyone be able to take the time to make the time to brew their own? It's hard enough to find someone who can even cook for themselves anymore without having to read the directions on that box of macaroni and cheese. HA! Just kiddin' with you. I do like the sensibility and simplicity of your comment though.
Less time in the drive up window/or standing in side awaiting your order-Thus leaving all the time in the world to make at least two pots a day........lol
2nd request-this person should be suspended and his post collapsed.........

shouldn't it be Starbucks decision on what to put on the menu?
