Very good points all around. As the co-author of the Bra Line Back Lift procedure I have to say that all patients thus far have been extremely happy. I agree, patient selection is very important and the key is skin and soft-tissue laxity. Extra fat can be treated by liposuction but laxity must be re-tightened by removal of tissue.
