Well I agree with you that no one would have been shot if there were no guns. But if you're saying that no violence or no murder would have occurred if all he had access to were knives, bats, hammers, clubs, pipes, axes, etc......you're just kidding yourself. Please note that no one else went to get a gun to settle this duspute. It wasn't the gun, it was the person.
