Why does everybody think he needs help? Maybe he enjoys the way he is. Possibly the oil ridden gulf looks better through beer goggles. He was soooooo drunk he floated a mile out, but was sober enough to know to put on a life jacket---sounds like a prank that went wrong.
I agree. I've never heard of anyone using a life jacket on a pool float. Or maybe.....it was a prank by some of his "friends".
