I've got an idea...Don't like her, don't watch her channel...that's what I'll be doing.
I liked Oprah when she played in the movie 'The Color of Purple'. Since then...not so much. I will give her credit for being generous to her staff, to say the least, but knowing what a publicity stunt this must be (lots of exposure), and this in our time of few jobs and a tanked Economy, it seems not very PC. ViVi ^ ^
I think it was a very nice gesture...now go away! There is a hole in the Gulf that needs to be plugged...hmmmmmm.
Good for her...she made her money, she can spend however she wants.
That said...I believe she should join Gates & Buffet and give 1/2 of it to charity...or, better yet, the Gulf Coast!
