The guy was 6 inches and 3 feet tall? The child could've easily fought him off.
In this case, we should have an eye for an eye law. Do to the evil man what he did to this helpless child.

I wish someone would beat and burn that father. I just hope the mother was working or the like and not ignoring what was happening to her child. Pass the word about this guy at Riker's; I am sure that there are a few people there who would like to teach this guy how to raise a child. Maybe they can 'talk' some sense into him. Hope he never makes bail.
Maybe this father has roots in a country where this sort of punishment is the norm...but this is America...not some barbaric land! I hope the boy heals quickly.....physically and emotionally, and doesn't grow into an adult who emulates this horrid form of retribution on his own children. By the way, 120 seconds is 2 minutes......a very long time to have his hand over the fire. I can't imagine the terrible pain he went through. And I ask also.......where's Mommy????? Shame on that man - he doesn't deserve to be a "dad".
Rikers Island is, last I heard, a prison for the insane. It's not a nice place. It's where he belongs. For a LONG TIME.
I hope they turn him loose in Bubba's cell and tell the other inmates what he did, I have a feeling that will be the last time he burns his sons hands again, hope the beat the living crap out of him!!!!
How about I strip him naked and pinch his balls with a pair of pliars? Then put his wiener on the burner until well roasted. That should do the trick!
He'll hopefully never make it out of Rikers alive and maybe that poor little kid can end up in a loving home.
The Bible says of a child who disobeys their Father, by orders from God, to stone the child to death. Now, I'm glad to see most people defy this will of God in Mosaic Law, but if you ask, "Who could do such a thing?" Look no further than your "Holy Books."
What a freak. I hope they take that kid away and let someone normal raise him.
Just like bullying this behavior gets passed on unfortunately. Unless hopefully they save the child from his so called "father"!
