IF we can send our friends from Waste Management over to those godforsaken hell holes with a business proposition, then to recruit the warlords and their people to the idea of a startup version of VEGAS, we could give those people not only an economy and jobs, but we could also annihilate the Taliban in one fell swoop. Anyone who didn't 'sign on' to the idea of the new industry would have to move aside or 'bite the curb'. If THAT wasn't enough - they'd go to the room above the gaming floor to CASH IN THEIR CHIPS. I realize it's NOT an ideal set up - but it would go a long way to wresting these backwards cultures into a genuine economy. It's better than shilling poppies (their current export) and would buy food, housing, hospitals and colleges for the indigeneous people (who are VERY good looking under all those robes and hair). Once they got a taste of regular income with REAL benefits, it might be easier to get them to pony up to 'democracy'. It certainly better than tacitly endorsing their poppy trade for food and cave dwelling harkening back to 500 BC!

Realistically - LCN are the guys to do the job.
