The kids claim there was no one else in line but that may not be the case. I know it would be a pain to be waiting in line to make my order and have some kids horsing around and holding everyone up. But it happens and if the kids left after being told to do so then it is a little uptight of McDonalds to press charges. If the same kids were in there all the time doing something then press charges but this sounds like a one time event. My guess is that the kids said some smart remark as they were leaving and ticked the manager off. Still it would have been better for McDonalds to let it go.

Exactly!! I've been in the drive-thru countless times when someone isn't ready, has to ask the kids in the backseat, or decide (like it's rocket science!) before they order! I guarantee I've sat longer waiting for someone to place an order than someone actually singing their order!! This is McDonald's fault for creating the rap themselves for advertisement and monetary gain. Years ago I worked BK drive thru and I would have gotten a laugh out of kids singing. This so ridiculous, I wore burgers tossed at me because people didn't say no pickles or ketchup on it and ya know I was suppose to be mind reader ! I was cussed for taking to long getting that 25 hamburger order and never once thought of calling police, just shut the window and forget it.

If they didn't understand the order at box that could have been solved by simply giving a chuckle at the song and saying go ahead and pull up and then ask at window to clarify order, Not a big deal, I had to do this many times with folk who scream in the box like ya can't hear them which in turns distorts the speaker and ya really can't understand them !!

Learn the constitution and amendments and you will see local police and state police are the first ones to violate our rights in America and it needs to stop before this country goes down in flames. It has been going down, The last time I ate there I got my order pretty much after everyone else did and i was waiting for 20 minutes. Thats not what really irritated me. What really irritated me was that they gave me a hash brown with hair, and to add on top of that, since I was late to an appointment I called the store back and they did not want to give me my money back. I emailed corporate and they did not want to give me my money back. So I stopped eating there. I figure, I can go to BK where I can have it my way.
