We don't want any compition in running Iraq now.
Last year at this time the libs were screaming and squawking that we needed to be out of Iraq now. All of sudden, you don't hear squat from the left about getting out of Iraq. Obama really must have magical powers.

to be fair, a large number of troops have been withdrawn from Iraq and no one honestly expected it to occur in a day. If you did, you're naive.
Also, i think you would find that those on the left are STILL clamoring for a faster withdrawal. They haven't gone away, nor would I want them to until we leave for good (which is unfortunately never going to happen cause we didn't go in there to leave, we went in to stay, forever.)

There is something stinking to high heaven, ...even when the Americans and British troops leave Iraq they only go as far as Kuwait? hmmm....Since the US has issued an ultimatum to IRAN to start negoiating by the end of September, would you say an attack by Israel on Iran will be in October sometime? This would the final piece in the chessgame to control the Midde East.

The 'Tool' Obama is saying his little song and dance about trying to work a 'Israeli/Palestinian' Peace Plan. (Our Government must make us believe we are the good guys and we just LOVE PEACE.)
It will take a complete military disaster over there to finally get us to leave. Our Government is busily working on just that scenario.

No...but most of the time I read what I write.
Our government does not want a Military Disaster (thats what I see coming). They do want to control all the oil and gas (Iran) in the Mid East. That's a stone fact.
And to have control you have to break nations. This is what our country is doing. We have broken Iraq and will try and break Afganistan. And always looming on our Corporatist radar is to break Iran.
This country is on the edge, by far the worse I've ever seen. I've studied a fair share of History. Mostly War I and War II. The First World War started from an asassination and unleashed a cascade of cause and effect, World War II started when a corporatist state was left with one option...invade or face finanical ruin.
That country was Germany and it was 1939. It invaded Poland by faking an attack on it's own soil. They used bodies of captured Poles to leave at the radio station so it looked like Polish soldiers attacked. It was the pre-text that started World War II.
Hitler had expanded and stolen as much as he could from the pre-1939 Greater German conquests. At that key moment his country faced finanical ruin. He had to invade Poland or his Empire would be shortlived. He rolled the dice.
In 1965 Lyndon Johnson took America into the Vietman War by knowingly lying to the American People about the 'Gulf of Tonkin' incident. But he got his war and the military/industrial corporations got their orders. He rolled the dice.
Oddly or not, the stock market went on a surge from the end of 63 to the end of 68.
We have a War Machine that requires feeding. It has a life of it's own. It is pretty frayed right now but still is the best money can buy.

Oh my God! Why are we the only country that thinks Iraq requires our troops to resolve their B.S. I guarantee that Iraq will be Vietnam replayed. When our troops pull out, the Iraqi army will quit fighting, and some extremist war lord will sieze control. Bring our troops home now. I'll admit, I wasn't paying attention when America stopped being a democracy.
