I'm not sure if anybody else caught the statement made on the Dateline episode, they say that the prosecution admitted Michelle never made that statement ""The only way I'll leave my husband is if something happends to him." Correct me if i'm wrong, at first, during the trial, I was under the assumption this statement was made just prior to the murders. Now I understand it was never brought up during the investigation and was brought in at the trial to make people think Sean jumps at this.

let me correct myself, not that she "never" made the statement it had been made over a year prior.

I think he is guilty but it really bothered me the way the second jury seemed to just not like Sean. They joked about his license plate saying "OH2BME" and it should say "WO2BEME" and they only heard his testimony from the first trial. They commented how he sounded flip and had an ego. Their attitude really bothered me how they seemed to convict him because he wasn't likable. Again , I think he is guilty but I did think their was reason doubt.

Unless Sean Fitzpatrick was recently released or escaped, I don't think anyone has to worry about the murderer walking around.

Couldn't have said it better myself!!
