I'm not gonna ask why a 14 year old girl had a 17 year old boyfriend. I'm also not gonna ask why a 14 year old girl was in a car with 4 grown men, who don't appear to be relatives.

Even tho police said no charges will be filed, I bet the parents sue the train company.  This is such a sue happy world and they usually sue the wrong people. 

Another needless death due to parents inability to act like parents! Her son's license was SUSPENDED yet she let him have her car! She will pay too high a price to have learned this lesson. Let's hope and pray other parents will hear of this and learn their lesson before they lose a child.
