I say this is a bunch of bull. Inmates who are imprisoned should go out and work on the highways and clean them up.
What is this world coming to where criminals get to live in prisons that are like resorts and feel they should have "love visits.." I don't think so... Prisons are supposed to give the idea that crime DOES NOT PAY, not make criminals want to stay there... Make their lazy butts work off their time cleaning the freeways and for at least 12 hours a day doing just that...Decent law abiding citizens deserve the "breaks" not the low lives in prison... You do not go to prison for a small crime, prison is for the felons who decided the world owed them a living, etc.
