Promise them everything and give them nothing! Typical campaign promise is about the size of it! He couldn't even sit down with his kids and have a one-on-one conversation. He had to write a letter to them on the internet so he could look like Mr Wonderful.

I hope that the Obamas don't get any dog. They obviously are not dog people. Do they have any history at all as dog companions? I fear that any dog that they adopt will suffer an even worse fate than poor Buddy Clinton. Once the Clintons were out of the White House, they obviously had no use for a dog that meant nothing to them emotionally but only served as a political symbol. Please, Obamas. NO DOG! On the other hand, the Bushes loved their dogs and treated them very well, which says much about their character. The leftists, of course, don't want to acknowledge this fact.

What little they actually do report on that is of any significance is laced with their slanted bias so it is also useless. I don't believe there is one American journalist in modern America who would know a real story if it fell on them and even if they did they would not be able to present just the facts and leave the deciison making up to us. Yep! This is an important national news item folks. Forget Obama's connection to Acorn, the Reverend Wright and the other thieves and crooks - this is the really important news of the day.

You should live where I live outside of Atlanta,,, Around here they keep the dogs chained out in Metal pens no matter what the weather is with no shelter to get under should it rain, which is does and often... The dogs are almost constantly barking and appear mostly underfed and angry... Given a chance the dogs escape every time they get the chance which requires the entire family to be running down the street looking for or trying to catch the dog which doesn't want any part of them....
Then we have the Atlanta low life's who when evicted from their apartments come out to out neighborhood and kick the poor animal out of the car and then make a run for it leaving the poor animal to wander aimlessly looking for it's home and scared to death and you cannot approach this animal until they are almost starved to death....Yeah Atlantaians are the perfect example for ya.....
So Obama needs a dog,,, he needs a good Socialist Dog that represents the Demoncrat Party, one who steals everyone else's food and lays around all day getting fat off the work of others....
This family, for whatever reason, never had a dog before. Please don't pressure them into getting a pet they don't really want. It's not fair to the dog to be hauled out for the photo op and then put back in the basement until the next photo requirement. They don't have time for a dog, that's obvious. Just let it be.
